Is your location a retail store?

Yes, we are a brick and mortar retail store that specializes in Lacrosse equipment, supplies and team apparel.  We are located in Hartville, Ohio.  We are between Akron and Canton.  We are 20 minutes from the Akron/Canton Regional Airport (CAK).

How can I check the status, cancel or change my order?

To check the status, make changes or to cancel an order that has already been placed, please reach out to our customer service team. They can be reached by phone from 12am-6pm ET at 330-587-2343 or via email at admin@lacrosse360.net.  Please have your order number ready when reaching out.

Where is the confirmation email for my order? I never received one.

You will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order number when your order is placed. If you do not receive an email, first check your junk/trash email folder to make sure it wasn't marked as spam. If you do not see any email, you can reach out to our customer service team by calling 330-587-2343 or via email at admin@lacrosse360.net.  Please provide your date purchased and your order number if available.

Can I place an order over the phone?

All products are available for purchase online and in our retail store.  We recommend placing your order in person or directly through our website. Our website provides secure checkout options to protect your personal data and to make the buying process as easy as possible. We will never ask you for your credit card over the telephone.  If you phone in your order, you will receive an invoice via email which you would then pay electronically.  If you are interested in team sales, require an estimate or have questions, please contact us at 330-587-2343.
